A story of a single loss
Before there was PIEEESEK, there was Frodo.
When I wrote Hello Stranger, Bye Friend, I was in a place I had never found myself before. Shortly before, I had said goodbye to my best four-legged friend - Frodo.
It was my very first loss of this kind. I had no idea that a bond with an animal could run so deep and leave behind such an immense void. Out of that helplessness and love, a song was born that made its way onto our album Polish Sweethearts.

The song ceased to belong only to us
After the premiere, we were overwhelmed with hundreds of messages. You shared your stories with us and wrote about how this song helped you endure the most difficult farewells.
We asked you for archival videos and photos of your pets. With the magic of cinema, we set them in motion and together created the official music video.

We took it one step further. We brought the memory of our little friends right onto the stage.
